New horse, new owner

New owners to the yard, The Jolly Boys Racing Club, have asked Andy to train their newly-purchased Monsieur Bond (IRE) x Velvet Jaguar yearling colt. This handsome colt will become a handsome gelding when the vet visits the yard tomorrow!

Welcome addition!

Following two recent retirements, it is good to have new horse in the yard. Please welcome Mr Brian Valentine’s 2yo chestnut gelding, Red Seeker. The horse is seen here at the Tattersalls Breeze Up Sale in May.

Hexham report

Liskeard made a fair effort of his racecourse debut but struggled with the uphill finish. However, prior to the race he did win the ‘Best Turned Out’ award, aided & abetted by BTO Queen, Amy of course!

Long awaited debut..

Liskeard is due to make his racecourse debut at Hexham tomorrow, hoping to justify the patience of his owners. Ideally he’d like the going to ease a little so any rain would be appreciated.
